Unhappy Customer

My husband bought me a bottle of perfume for Christmas but he accidently bought me the wrong one, reason being he wasnt sure which perfume was the original and the lady on the floor gave him the incorrect one, this was a fault on Woolworths side. When I wanted to exchange the perfume I was told they cannot return it as the clear wrapping around the box had been opened. I opened the wrapping and only when I saw the bottle I realised it was the wrong perfume.

In my opinion the sales lady did wrong by advising my husband on the incorrect perfume, I feel Woolworths could have made a plan and exchanged it for me. I was told they would have a loss if they took it back. I also cant understand why they cant use that perfume as a sample/tester or get it rewrapped. VERY UNHAPPY
