Unhappy customer

The worst store in the whole of south Africa... Trying to load a voucher on my gift card... Told I need to send an sms to head office.. now when I ask to call them I get told they are only open on Monday ... So I need to wait for Monday to use the voucher .. like it makes no sense at all... Useless store and overpriced for ****
