I Mrs Ronel Orai was retrenched in dec 2014,my accounts was covered for 6mths at first and then again 6mths in 2015. In january 2016 I was called by woolworths regarding payments on my credit card and store card,I told them I'm still unempoyed then they ask for affidavit and bank statement,I got the documents as quick as passible and went to the store and there they faxed the documents on 15 january 2016. In the 1st week in february 2016 I was called again and was getting threatening messages regarding payment on my accounts, I went to the zevenwacht store again and there they put me on the line with insurances and was told for the first time that my accounts cannot be covered( paid) by insurance,I could not understand because I'm still unemployed and said to the consultant which they insist I must pay the accounts and was very rude as I explained myself I don't have family to help its only my son who gives me R1000 pm for food,I said I can only afford R100 for the 2 accounts soo the consultant said no its not enough but I said I don't have the kind of money u want from me,I'm unemployed and woolworths didn't tell me in the 1st place for how long they gonna cover my accounts.

(Supplier name changed from Woolworths Insurance to Woolworths Retail South Africa by Hellopeter.com)
