Unfulfilled promise by Woolworths

Hello Peter I have sent other emails to Woolworths I got one response from them On the email they are asking me if have I have received the order not responding as per my email Because I wanted to know when are the going to pay my refund as promisd by Woolworths since the order didn't arrive on the 22/12/2020 Very disappointed by Woolworths SHAME
