Unfriendly Practice

Just another unpleasant instance of not-so-nice practice: Staff emptying out stock well before closing time.
I arrived 19h30 directly from work (relatively well before closing time) only to find staff had practically finished removing almost all stock from refrigerators ('ready' meals) - virtually nothing left for me to purchase for dinner but black crates full to the brim of stock being removed from sale.
This is not a once off, and has developed into a nasty habit.
I enquired if this practice was meant to aid employees leaving as early as possible after their shift - I was informed that this was not the case as the crew involved were the 'night shift'.
I asked the till operator if they would 'take ownership' and try find a solution - the response was that it was not their responsibility. I question the ethic of team-work.
So why let this happen?
I had to leave without spending - took my custom elsewhere.
Surely trading times are there to maximise turnover (and profit) towards their salaries and other overheads ?
Anyway - please offer a solution to this and get in touch with me for further details etc.
No apology needed.
Every customer is worth keeping/nurturing !
