Unfriendly fitting rooms

<p>On Monday afternoon, I went into the fitting room at the ladies section. I was greeted by a cold reception inside the fitting room. I greeted Wilheminah (the fitting room lady) twice before she responded. I was greeted with no smile or any eye contact. No acknowledgement of my presence was made. I was simply dismissed. I laid a complaint with one of the managers on duty. 48 hours after the incident, still no feedback. </p> <p> </p>
