Unfairly dismissed

I was an employee and was unfairly dismissed due to the lack of interest the company itself show to their employees and management was just so unfair it wasnt even worthy to go to ccma cause Woolworths has a way of bribing people and covering for the management I would like them to investigate a manager named Cecil Jonkers group head at N1 city I'm helpless at this stage of the whole situation and the more I think of it the more it bothers me to be dismissed on an unfair dismissal. I need help please
