Unfair treatment of staff by management.

Good day, I am an employee at Woolworths retail SA. I have been working for Woolworths for the past seven years as a cashier. We have been using a system called MATRA as cashiers since I was first employed at Woolworths. Now the company has recently introduced a new system or software called FlooiD. We were given training on how to use this new system or software and all was well but now the system or software is faulty and the cashiers are getting fired because of this faulty system or software. This isn't only happening in our shop. I have heard and seen a lot of people in my woolies shop and other woolies shops getting fired and are scared to stand up for themselves because of the injustices from the management. I myself would like to remain Anonymous because I might get fired or the management might start treating me unfairly and end up loosing my job. Bare in mind that some of these people loosing their jobs are bread winners, some have children and some can barely survive on the salary we are getting. Please attend to this matter because we have no one to stand up for us. Regards, Anonymous
