Unfair treatment

<p>I went to the WW store to withdraw money the ATM transacted everthing as I got the SMS but the money did not come out and when I asked for assistance from one of the stuff members she then told me there is nothing she can do I then I her to let me use the store phone as per her advise that I need to call the number that was on the mechine she then told me I cannot use the store as ABSA is just renting the space in WW and it has nothing to do with the as WW , I found it very unfair the treatment that I got, or did I get that treatment because of my skin color. what is the point of having a machine inside the store if we are not going ton get assistance in case of imergencies?????????</p>
