UNFAIR TREATMENT.

I recently app**** for the yearly increase on my store card account, I have never had an issue before they declined me with only an excuse of me doing the applications for the store card and credit card at the same time and this has always been the case. And the credit report option does not work anymore and I have escalated it before and it does not show can they explain to me why was I declined. I never missed a payment with them. I do not understand why.
