Unfair treatment

<p>I bought my son a leather jacket in george... in September 2016 for his birthday, i live in ladismith and only come near a Woolworths when i come to george. Today i came to george and needed to excange it because it wasn't the correct size.. this jacket cost R499, i was then told i can not exchange because it has a 1c value on there system and is no longer a stock item. This pathetic and daylight robery. Very disappointed and i always pop into Woolworths when i get a change. This is very unfear. Please someone address this as a matter of urgency before I take othet steps.</p>
