unfair poor service

<p>yesterday i went to woolworths in alberton city, there was a scarf with two prices on it R399 and R230 ,when i get to the till they told me that the only consider R399 price not the R230, I asked them why , they said they dont know who wrote the other price, its a mistake. its so disapointing and unfair because im a customer i dont know who is responsible to put prices on their clothes, and why their mistakes has to affect me , because i want to pay for the price i see.If this is how you treat the customers for your mistakes, im totaly unhappy because i realy wanted that scarf, they even told me that its not time for sale , funny because in the shop there are items that are on sale, so i dont know what the lady was trying to say....that was poor service im not happy at all.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
