Unfair favouritism

The security guard didn’t allow us to leave with a trolley and yes we do understand we need to purchase something as we do every week at the Sandton branch. The swipe card can check how regularly we purchase. Despite that she allowed other people to leave who also didn’t purchase anything infront of us. Why are the principals by the same for all. Her name was N M KUNI at the children’s door. I hope that Woolworths will make sure it is fair for all their customers
