UNFAIR BUSINESS PARCTICE

Contacted Woolworths for a settlement amount to settle and close account.They sent me a settlement quote via email and I paid almost R24000 to settle my personal loan with the amount THEY provided me.Now they refuse to close the account because according to them I owe R300 still on account. If they provide me with a settlement amount and I pay that amount, why come with other stories now.After I numerous converstatons and emails where I provided them with the settlement letter and proof of payments they still refuse!!!Never ever take a loan or store card with them...they will ***** your money!I settled and closed my store card as well..dont want anything to do with these *****s!!
