I made an online order, it was not delivered in my timeslot, when I queried it I was told the driver wil get to me by 7pm. Next day still nothing, I cancelled the order. Yet they still took the amount of my card. I reported it, a lady phoned me back and said the call centre would call me to fix it. This never happened. I am shocked!
