********* behaviour
I placed an order on the 09th of May for delivery for the 10th of May . I received an email from Warren Sallie on the 10th to advise that there is a delay with the order and that delivery would be late by 2 hours .
Today is the 12th of May and to date no delivery had been made.
I paid a delivery fee of R50 and selected a time slot and no delivery made. The money was deducted from my account and still no delivery .
It's mother's day for crying out loud.
You lack customer service s****s on all levels . You have spoilt mother's day for my mum because I could not be with her and thought that Woolworths would come to the rescue and make a delivery which was paid for .
I called the call centre at 9.44am on the 12th ,spoke to Sameer. He apologized and said he will call me back with a solution. Sameer did call at 16.20pm and had a conference call between myself ,himself and Charne from the Pavilion store.
Charne lacks customer service s****s . She kept speaking over me and **** continuously. She said that the courier tried to call me and he then took the parcel back to the store . That's absolute lies. I received no calls from the courier . She said they can deliver the gift for mothers day on the 13th of May...
Really? Would you send flowers after the wedding or funeral takes place ?????
This is pathetic and disturbing Woolworths .
I expect a reply to this and a damn good excuse . Because you surely will come up with tons of excuses just like "Charne" from the store in Pavilion who **** and said another lie to cover up her initial lie.
Woolies is not a store to rely on to make a special day special.
They have no darn care in the world !!!!!
However thank you to Sameer for trying to resolve the issue that was out of his control . He is a good employee and should be an example to others of what customer service should be about. Thank you Sameer for trying your best to help .
Charne should take a page out of his book
