Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I will rate Woolworths a 1. I made an online purchase order of the 1.5 milk yesterday on two separate stores and the order was confirmed. This morning both stores are telling me that my order has been cancelled. Apparently what is on the online shop is not a true reflection of what is in store. That is false advertising and very *********. With all the online orders I have made with others stores, this has surely been the worst and I am beyond disappointed as Woolies has stood it`s ground for it`s exceptional service.
