undisclosed collection fees woolworths

<p>i am very disappointed with the service received by woolworth. i paid off my full balance of R11 000 in december 2016 only to receive a call today from attorneys MBD saying I owe money for collection fees. why was this not added to the balance which was paid up.. how is it that I have to pay them seperately?</p>
