undisclosed collection fees woolworths

<p>i paid off my r11 000 woolworths personal loan balance last year december only to receive a call from MBD Attorneys saying i owe them a seperate amount on my account. why was this amount not added to my loan balance... why does MBD expect me to pay seperately to them? its is very frustrating as I paid the full balance on my loan as per woolworths</p>
