Undesirable inedible extra in Woolworths salad

<p>I bought a Rosa salad from the Woolworths store in Vaal Mall earlier today. When I was dishing up, I noticed the stem of a lettuce head in my salad. Firstly, this is unwanted to say the least as the stems of lettuce are generally thrown away, considered to be *******. Secondly, the 'Buy bulk & save' offer is misleading as the stem of lettuce adds a great deal to the total weight of the salad I purchased. Woolworths I require an explanation and a refund as I expect more. This is completely unacceptable and will not tolerate this type of service.</p>
