Undelivered order from Woolworths

I placed an order on the 28th of November 2025 and never received my order! Order was meant to be delivered on the 1st of December but it never arrived tried tracking the order but gave me a message that recipient could not be found yet the courier company didn't call me i waited till 6pm to no avail! Called their customer service still no assistance all i was told the courier company is backed logged! Order was rescheduled for the 04th of December still no delivery called their customer service i was told the same story to wait! Whilst I was still waiting I tracked my order again tracker said its been delivered but I don't have my order and I didn't sign for anything let alone no calls from the courier guy to confirm the address! I paid for items i didn't receive! Woolworths ****med and I'm not going to let this go! Ive never experienced such horrible service in my life!
