Undelivered order

i ordered online on the 27 and the delivery was to be made on the 5th but on the 2nd i received and sms that my order will be delivered before 5pm i alerted my mom but around 6 i called her to find out if she received it was not i called the customer service and i was told it was delivered and signed by Dumisani i said i dont know of any Dumisani i always put a primary school next to my home as nearby entity and the first online order the driver called me and told me they coming to me but this one did not call me they just went where they went and delivered my order without calling now woolworths is busy telling me that they requested a deliver invoice copy but funny the agent was able to see without the invoice as they were able to tell me that dumisani signed for my parcel now they are quite my kids have no Christmas clothes due to this and i bet if i were a white person they would have resolved the matter long time i alerted them about the issue on the 4 December but today is the 18 December they are not saying anything
