Undelivered order claim to be delivered

I received my online order last Friday, but the item delivered was not what I ordered. I emailed customer service about the issue, but I’m still waiting for a response.

In the meantime, I placed another order earlier this week, which was scheduled for delivery today. The tracking status shows it has been delivered, but I have not received the package. I contacted customer service and was told the matter would be escalated to the warehouse to obtain a Proof of Delivery.

However, I clearly informed the delivery person during a phone call that I was not at home. Despite this, I’m now being told about a POD for a package I never received. This is very concerning and needs urgent resolution.
