Undelivered order

I am so disappointed with the online delivery. I placed an order which was supposed to be delivered on the 6th January 2021 but until today I haven't got anything. They have sent me email on the day of delivery to say there will be 1:30hr late. I waited that it us coming late that day but nothing until today. I did sent an email twice but no response, I phoned and hold until the phone cuted off. I am so disappointed because when I track it says the order was dispatched. The money was already deducted but the delivery agreement was not meet and not other communication sent except of late delivery on the 6 th
