Undelivered Online Order

<p>I placed the below order last week and WW was supposed to deliver last week Friday between 2&5pm.</p> <p>- I waited for 3 hours on a Friday afternoon and no one came </p> <p>- I called your online number and I couldn't get through<br />- I sent a complaint on your portal and no one responded <br />- I called again this morning more that 6 times and each time I was kept on hold forever!!! Finally Malika told me that my order was removed from the system<br />- Why didn't anyone call me on Friday to tell me that you won't be delivering my order? </p> <p> -Do you know how it feels to wait outside your car for 3 hours at work waiting for an order that was deleted from a system and you weren't told? <br />- That was my mom's that she never received!!!<br />I am so disappointed at your service, <br />Can anyone tell me why this was done, and I need my gift PLEASE!!!</p>
