Undelivered items for over two weeks!

I purchased an order online on the 29th of November and till this day I still have not received it. I received a call last week Saturday from a lady asking whether I had received my parcel and I said that I had not received a call even. On Monday I get told that the parcel was returned because I was not at home, which is absolute nonsense. I called and sent a gazillion emails. The only time I was able to speak to someone is when I insisted to speak to a manager, that was after waiting on the call for 40 minutes on Tuesday. The last time Danika called me was on Wednesday when she told me that she would place another order for it to be delivered. Now I needed these items by Monday this week, I offered to go collect the items at one of the stores and she said that was not an option. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am beyond frustrated. I know that my one purchase will not have an impact on your profits as a business, but to me this is a substantial amount that I have spent on the items. I WANT TO GO TO CANAL WALK AND COLLECT MY COLOGNE IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE PAID FOR THIS AND I AM ENTITLED TO IT.
