Undelivered item by Woolworths

Good day I've been sending emails and making phone calls regarding an item not received during my last order. The order number is ***, the navy blue poloneck did not come with the other two items. Woolworths must kindly give me a refund if they are failing to deliver the item.

We are promised good service at Woolworths please do not make me doubt it going forward.
