Undelivered Goods

Good day An order was placed for me to be delivered 2days ago (30/10/2019), the driver was instructed to enter the yard of which he never did and i am still without my goods. I called your head office ***) and i was told that they are trying to locate the driver and they shall revert back to me. I don't know how much longer i am to wait or yet alone what to do as there is no form of communication. The purchaser sent through an e-mail immediately once i alerted him of the incident and he too got no response.
