Uncooked Rotiseries chicken

Today in the afternoon I went to buy Woollies chickey at Eastwood Complex. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and I even gave her a tip.

Upon getting home now preparing lunch, as I was cutting through the chicken I noticed blood and having a hospitality background, the chicken was undercooked and taken out without proper temperature check.

Food hygiene has specific cooking temperature for food sold to customers, this could either be that the company, Woolworths, did not offer proper training. This is dangerous as salmonella is a bad bacteria.

My house is too far to go back and complain and get given another chicken which too will probably not be cooked properly. The chicken was put in our oven to cook it through, something that was not supposed to happen in the first place if the chicken was cooked through.

I'm not happy at all especially because I was hungry and got inconvenienced with this and it put my life at risk.
