Uncooked Chicken

Today I went shopping at Woolworth Grant Avenue Norwood Johannesburg I bought BBQ chicken got home cut the chicken to my surprise it was not nicely done I went back to the store for another chicken they were still in the oven cooking so I asked the Lady helping me to call Norwood mall and check if the had BBQ chicken she did they didn't have, so I opted for a refund. To my surprise the lady did not even see this as an inconvenience to me as a customer. Customer service was 0 if I were to score out of 10. I felt like I was bothering her for doing her job. No apology for the inconvenience nothing.
