Uncleared debt

Paid up my credit card on the 21 December 2022 and todate (28.12.2022) the debt has not been cleared and accumulating interests; and I'm told to wait for another five days. Theses people don't care about their customers, it's so disrespectful and show lack of customer service, very unprofessional.
