Unbothered with service and customers its scary

I do not understand how Woolworths still exposes its clients to RAM couriers when they have such ****ty service. I placed an online order on the 22nd and and was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd but RAM driver kept playing hide and seek with my parcel saying they were outside. I have been calling woolies since that day and they also keep telling me they have made notes and escalated the matter but no one calls me with feedback. To this day I still have not received my order and I am not getting answers instead they keep promising that it will come the next day, does "next day have an actual date and time perhaps?
