Unbelievable service received

I received a woolworths on the 24?42015 stating that I will get R150 off when I spend R500 or more on kidswear valid once until 01/06/2015. I went to woolworths Kerk str today & bought my son clothing thats was just ove R600 and tried to use the voucher but it could not go through. After several attempts I was then reffered to customercare and same thing happened. The manage in charged named Phindi was called howeve she was no much helpful either.Instead of resolving the matter, she actually asked me if I will still be willing to proceed with the purchase without he voucher. I was not willing to forfeit m voucher as I did nothing to violet the t&c. I came all the way to town knowing that today was the last day which the voucher can be used.eventually Phindi called their head office and after holding for more then 15 minutes she was told that the department that works with vouchers had already left. She was speaking to someone in the storecard department who then said that the voucher had expired on the 31/05/2015 but that was not what my voucher stated. Why else would I then go & waste my time going through all the hasslesof queing and being send 4rm pillar 2 post. Is
