UNBELIEVABLE POOR SERVICE

<p>Just when I thought Woolworths couldn't stoop any lower, they've really outdone themselves! Now, to be purely spitefull, they have blocked my card so that I can't use it at all, using the excuse that FICA has blocked. NO ONE EVEN HAD THE COURTESY TO CONTACT ME!!!! Now suddenly my Identity document is not clear enough, now I have to ONCE AGAIN go to a store and put up another huge fight, to hand in a new copy of my ID and proof of address! ALL OF WHICH THEY ALREADY HAVE!!!! NO SERIOUSLY!!!! ARE YOU REALLY GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY TO BE SPITEFULL! SPEND 20 MINUTES ON THE PHONE ON HOLD, BECAUSE YOUR CONSULTANTS REFUSE TO DEAL WITH THE MATTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM FUMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
