UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

About ten days ago I went into Woolworths at the Pavilion to buy some Gluten free products. WELL!!!!!!

THERE WERE NO GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS!!!!

Firstly, I couldn't find any one on the floor to assist me, I eventually asked one of the tellers and they found a manager for me.

These managers have the gift of the gab and he promised me faithfully that the following morning the produce manager will phone me. I waited and no-one phoned. I eventually that evening phoned Woolworths and about ten minutes later all of a sudden I had a manager on the phone. As I said before there were no Gluten free products and there was a sign saying: " GLUTEN FREE PIZZA BASES, BREADS, ROLLS, HOT CROSS BUNS" AND!!!!!! THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING111111 So yesterday, now ten day's later I once again went to Woolworths at the Pavilion and guess what???

THEY HAD NO GLUTEN FREE STOCK!!!!, except for 3 little packs of banana ****ins, which I was not looking for. I looked for someone to assist me AND ONCE AGAIN THERE WAS NO ONE!!!! I went upstairs and had to find someone to assist as no-one offered to assist. They then took more than ten minutes to find someone and then I still had to find someone else as they were not going to be able to help me. The customer care manageress, Sharon, was very sweet and quite nice, but she tried to pull the wool over my eyes and say that they were short staffed, etc, because they couldn't have as many people because of covid. Please, everything now is blamed on COVID DO NOT BLAME COVID !!!!!!!! I am so tired of everyone blaming everything on covid. Sharon then called another staff member, Winnie and she didn't even know some of the products that Woolworths stocked!!!!! Really!!!!! I had excuse after excuse, after excuse. I now within ten days, have wasted my petrol twice by going to the Pavilion Woolworths and they are absolutely useless as they never have any stock and that is not only the gluten free, that is with other products as well.

Woolworths Pavilion, you need to get far more jacked up than you are now!!!!!

Woolworths, Pavilion get your act together and make sure your staff know what they are doing and what stock Woolworths carry.
