Unauthorized debit order

I. have an account with Woolworths ***. On 20/11/2025 Woolworths debited an amount of R217 from my Absa account and I never opted for a debit order.It was returned by the bank as a Amount R150 was charged.A complaint was lodged with their complaints department, I have receive no positive results from them,always they still investigating.
