unauthorised debit order

On the 31st January 2018 My account was debited with R250 this was unauthorised as I have no balance on my account with woolworths yet they still deducted. On the 3rd February 2018 I went into the store to have the fund reversed they acknowledged the mistake and said the funds would be returned within 3 working day not counting the weekend my funds should have been in my account latest 8th February 2018 but nothing was received I then went to the store Woolwoths Promanade the apologised and said I would received my money buy Tuesday 13th February 2018 have not received a sent of my refund this is money that is due to me I would like this funds paid into my account as soon as possible as they had no right to deduct from my account as I don't owe then anything
