Unacceptable treatment to customers

It seems as if Woolworths River square staff blatantly treat customers without any respect and disregard to business hours. We went there today, Sunday the 29th, to do a bit of shopping before closing time. There are two doors to enter and exit the shop. We usually stop at the closest door and entrance for the convenience of being close to get in and out easy and quick. However, when we wanted to leave today at 13:50, as the shop closes at 14:00, we were instructed that the security personnel will not assist us by opening the door closest for us, instead they told us we must use the furthest door. I explained to them why we used that entrance in the 1st place and that it is not closing time yet and that my wife had a C-section a week ago and cannot walk that far, hence using the closest entrance. I then asked them again to just get security to come and open the door so we can leave and they still refused, saying that they can’t find the key and the security is gone already. I really think they could have kept security at the door to open for customers still in the shop to exit at any door as they please and not tell them to use the furthest door, to the personnel’s convenience, but obviously their needs come before customers and they probably were excited to rather go home on time then assisting customers to leave the shop at the door they prefer. Is this acceptable practice from the personnel and am I in the wrong or were they wrong to do so with customers and what will be done about this?
