Unacceptable Substitution Without Consent

I placed an order with Woolworths and did not select the substitution option at checkout. Despite this, my order was substituted with an item that cost almost double the original. I had intentionally selected two bouquets at a specific price to stay within my budget and was essentially given one for the price of two.

This is unacceptable. Woolworths should not be making unauthorized substitutions, especially when it results in significantly higher charges. I expect this to be addressed.
