Unacceptable service received from Woolworths online

Very disappointed purchasing Jo Malone on WW online - no promo gift received. Unable to reach Woolworths on numbers provided on internet. High call volumes experienced???

I am very disappointed purchasing Jo Malone on WW online and no promo gift received. I actually suspected this would happen because South Africa and service delivery has A LOT to be desired... There was nothing on the cart that would notify the packer that the free gift should be added. Unless there was and the packer ignored it.

I specifically added 2 Jo Malone items to card to quality for the small perfumes free gift that was on your website and sponsored all over on social media. Can you please refund me of my order of over R3000 or send me my promo as advertised before the week is up.

Highly disappointed for the money spent. All business should be valued and done properly.
