Unacceptable service from Woolies

Placed Woolies dash order and upon arrival noticed that instead of receiving 2 x 8pkt halaal beef burger pattiesni only received 1 as the other was 8pkt lamb and dhanya patties. Called the Dash call center was put on hold for 6min then was finally told to email *** which I did and 2 hours later still no comms.
