Unacceptable service

Goodday,

Called at Woolworths, Okavango Crossing on Sunday, 30 March 2025 @ 11:52.

Purchased 2 X Rotisserie chickens and was charged R200-00. When questioning the charge with Ms Solomon the till assistant, she called the Supervisor who said "there is nothing that I can do".

This is TOTALLY unacceptable and expect that a refund be processed as a matter of urgency !!!!!!
