Unacceptable Service

Not sure if anyone else has had this experience with Woolworths. Just rushed to the Woolworths in Grreen Valley to buy a cake for my daughters birthday tomorrow. Got there at 5.55pm only to find that the store was closed. Upon questioning the store manager as to why she closed the store early, she insisted she closed it at 6pm. Best part of it was that there were about 5 customers standing outside with me yet she was blatant enough to tell me that it was already 6pm. Store manager told me her name is Senzeni.

Woolworths, you should maybe consider putting a clock at the front of your stores so that the time is clearly visible. Maybe also teach your store managers on how to read time. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess my baby will have to wait till tomorrow for her birthday cake.
