unacceptable serice

i recently bought a boot on promotion months back following day i saw the stitchiung on the boot came off so i returned to parow sanlam Woolworth's thinking they'd do the exchange but size 7 was out of stock the shop assistant took my details down and told me they have the boot @ tygervalley and they would have it delivered with in a week , waited 2 weeks never got any feedback. when i went to the store they had no record of happened the Boot was never ordered at ll, this time around shrylene(shop assistant) was helping me out and told me they have the boot @ cape gate i would be called in 2 weeks time when the boot is at their store, i got a call same week Saturday to say the boot would be deliver same following week, unfortunately when i got to the store nobody had any idea of where the boot was and it was never delivered to begin with.was told again i have to wait another to weeks. week later 19/07 got another call from shirlene to tell me the boot is not yet there they don't have it . now i have been sitting with the broken boot for 10 Weeks now
