Unacceptable Late Deliveries!!!

I don't know why woolworths requests us to pick a time of delivery and yet they continuously fail to honor the agreement. We pay for delivery during a set time, that you make us choose from but you are always hours late!!! Why do you offer a service which you continue to fail at dismally. Your delivery service for online shopping is completely unacceptable and extremely appalling. Your customer service is non existent and your agents and drivers are not bothered as they know they will not be held accountable. Disgusting!!!!
