Unacceptable Delivery Delay and No Communication from Woolworths Online

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service regarding my order scheduled for delivery today at 12:00 PM. As of 17:22 PM, the order has still not arrived. What is most concerning is that your system reflects that I was “not contactable,” yet I received no phone call or SMS from the driver at any point.

I had proactively reached out earlier in the day and was told that my query had been forwarded to the fulfillment team. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from anyone since, and there has been no update on the location or status of my order.
