Unacceptable

I went to the store on Wednesday last week 03/06/2020 to purchase wines that were on special/promotion and the shelves were empty I thought ok I was late. I went again on Thursday afternoon 04/06/2020 thinking there will be stock still nothing on the shelves. I went again yesterday which is Monday 2020/06/08 still the shelves were empty. I was told that stuff members buy/reserve the wines before customers get a chance to purchase. A colleague went to the store yesterday and she had someone to reserve her wines at the back and she managed to purchase wines that are on promotion. This is unacceptable please advise on what should customers do in this case?
