Unable to track down item apparently in store

I bought a jersey in Medium which i wanted in Small but it was out of stock at my local branch in East London. The store was unable to tell me where it was in stock in my size as the system was \off line". I phoned back the next day to find them online but not very helpful. I managed to find that there was my size at branch in Pretoria so I called them. Unfortunately two days down the line I've still not had any success - first there was stock take and I was asked to call back because the lady didn't want to take my details in case she 'forgot to phone me back'. Today I've called numerous times but the phone is either not answered or when it is I am cut off once transferred to the correct branch. Id appreciate it if Woolworths could let me know whether the item *** in a size small and grey is available and how I can go about getting it. I'm not sure how else to proceed!"""
