Unable to pay store card and I'm no blame because I issued the card to myself ??

I'm unable to pay my store card because everytime I try to pay at any woolworths it says invalid request so I get calls from collectors and I went to woolworths to make payment still same error, the call center consultant Zukiswa said its my fault that the card can't pay and there's nothing can be done I must just get used to queue at absa and pay. I requested another card and she said no ways I must just deal with it on my own and threatening me with bad records for not paying yet I'm at the store unable to pay. Woolworths is just useless if they can't assist me to be able to pay instead telling me I deserve it. Its just amazing
