Unable to obtain a paid up letter

***<br> Last year August I settled my account and requested for same to be closed. I requested a paid up letter to be e-mailed to me, I did not get a response dispite several phone call and e-mails i sent requesting for same. Last week I called the call centre and they told me that my account has been sold to another company because it was a none perfoming account. My account was up to date when I settled it, I was never handed over. They gave me numbers to call the outside companies only to find out that none of them have my details, I am unable to get assistance from anyone. If they saying my account is sold that means they have taken judgment and I don't owe them nothing. <br> I urgently need a paid up letter to be e-mailed to me to [Email Removed] <br>
